“Jadi memang sempat tiga kali aku mau bunuh diri karena sudah enggak kuat kan. Aku mau bayar, tapi pekerjaan aku tuh dimatiin sama orang-orang yang aku rugiin. Kalau gitu kan gimana bayarnya coba,” kata Angela Lee ketika jumpa pers di kantor Henry Indraguna & Partners (HIP) di Belezza Office Tower, Permata Hijau, Jakarta Selatan, Senin .
Mengenai bunuh diri yang pertama, Angel mengaku sang suami mengajaknya untuk bunuh diri bersama, dengan anak mereka satu-satunya.
“Tapi itu sempat tertahan rencananya sama kaka aku dirumah. Suami memang ngajak dia, aku, dan anak bunuh diri bareng-bareng biar sudah enggak ngerasain hutang lagi. Tapi aku juga yang masih bingung dan takut juga buat bunuh diri,” ucapnya.
Kemudian, niat bunuh diri pun diakui oleh Angel muncul lagi.
Kejadian sama pun diajak oleh sang suami, tetapi Angel tidak mau dan berusaha kabur dari rumah.
“Aku sempat bingung diajakin bunuh diri lagi sama suami, tapi aku berpikir dan menolak ajakan bunuh diri dari suami aku. Aku bilang, ‘kamu saja yang bunuh diri. Kalau enggak mau, kamu diam di rumah, biar aku yang menyelesaikan utang-utang aku,” ungkapnya.
Lanjut Angel, mengenai niat bunuh diri yang ketiga, ia ingin meminum cairan obat nyamuk di depan sang kuasa hukum, Henry Indraguna ketika dirinya dilaporkan oleh orang-orang yang meminjamkan uang kepadanya.
“Aku tuh mau minum cairan obat nyamuk di depan bang Henry. Cuman bang Henry meminta aku untuk tetap kuat dan menghadapi masalah yang aku jalanin,” ujar Angela Lee.
Mengenai kronologi dari utang piutang yang dilakukan Angel, Henry Indraguna menjelaskan bahwa Angel bermula meminjam uang kepada R sebesar Rp 45 Miliar dengan bunga 4-7 persen setiap satu minggu.
“Tetapi Angel sudah mengembalikannya sebesar Rp 43 Miliar dengan 600 kali transaksi,” ungkap Henry.
Kemudian, Angel juga meminjam uang kepada S sebesar Rp 115 Miliar, dan sudah dilunasi sekitar Rp 103 Miliar dan juga uang administrasi sebesar Rp 176 juta dan bunga sebesar Rp 4 Miliar.
“Sudah dibayar nyicil dengan sebanyak 126 transaksi. Tapi, S melaporkan Angel ke Polres Selaman, Jawa Tengah dengan pasal penipuan dan penggelapan,” tuturnya.
“Angela dipaksa untuk menyerahkan rumahnya atau diambil secara paksa. Rumah diserahkan dan dibuat nota penjualan sebesar Rp 1,4 Miliar. Setelah itu mobilnya diambil paksa disitu sebesar Rp 246 juta. Uang endorse ditungguiin, begitu masuk langsung diambil,” sambungnya.
Tekanan besar diterima Angela dari S untuk segera melunasi hutangnya.

Menurut Henry, Angel sangat ketakutan dan salah jalan, sehingga 40 tas dari reseller yang ingin dijual, akhirnya digadai ke D sebesar Rp. 7 Miliar sampai Rp. 8 Miliar.
“Bunganya itu 7 persen seminggu. Dipinjam Angela untuk membayar hutangnya kepada R dan S,” ungkapnya.
Kemudian, para reseller pun memberikan tekanan kepada Angela yang cukup besar. Hingga reseller memutus tali pekerjaan Angela hingga tidak bisa bekerja.
“Tapi ketika kami mau tebus, D tidak mau. Karena D tahu Angel dilaporkan ke Polisi sama S di Polres Sleman. Kita aneh karena tidak ada hubungannya antara D dan S kan, sehingga Angela terhenti caranya untuk membayar hutang,” ujar Henry Indraguna.(*)
